This series is engaging, plot & character development make it interesting & hard to put down! I read the series & now have listened to all books currently available on Audible & unlike a lot of stories the narration made it BETTER! Waiting for the next book…

I read this story a while back when it was first published & loved it! Very interesting world & characters. Sometimes audible renditions don’t measure up. This one definitely does! Both FMC & MMC narrators were excellent! They each brought depth & emotion to their characters. I highly recommend!

OMG THE HOTTEST NARRATION EVER!

Loved the first story in the series so I pre-ordered this book as soon as it was available. Not sorry!
Of course there is an expected amount of murdery-ness & crazy. The story is engaging with laugh out loud dialogue. Both FMC & MMC narrators NAIL the characters. The smexy times are viscerally well portrayed! 💥💥 Yikes! Hope the next book comes out soon!!!

I initially read this story on Kindle & loved it. Great story, character building & heat! So of course I had to get the audible version. Still a great story, MMC narration was awesome. FMC was less so, she sounded a bit wooden at times as if she was reading an instruction manual.

I love Clio Evans’ stories! This was no exception. Excellent 🔥
Good story & character building.
So, it pains me to say that the narration almost made me stop listening on several occasions. The MMC did a good job with the accents but sometimes changed pronunciations enough to notice. The FMC’s rendition of a “French” accent was painful. Her pronunciations also switched up during the story so much that it seemed as if she had stopped narrating the story & came back later to finish but forgot how she’d been saying things previously. If that kind of stuff isn’t bothersome to you get the book. It was an entertaining enough story for me to finish in spite of the narration.

An engaging story line, with twists & turns that kept me guessing. Of course the interaction between Veronica & Stoker is endearing. I laughed out loud at their shenanigans. Angel Marsters excellent narration brings life to each of the characters! Excelsior!

I kept waiting for a plot.

I have read & enjoyed several books by this author so was looking forward to this series. I couldn’t even finish the first book. There was little character development & minimal storyline beyond that of the BDSM scenes. The MMC narrator’s voice & style didn’t work for the male characters & his rendition of the female character was painful. I only got as far as I did because I kept hoping for a plot.

I read this story when it first came to KU. Loved it then so I HAD to get the audible version! I was not disappointed. Both the narrators were great & gave more depth to a fun, funny, heart warming & hot story. As I said… all the feels!
