Sports teams that win have more than just talented players: they’ve also mastered the concept of teamwork, which requires more than just athletic skill. It’s a mindset that makes every player think beyond themselves, bring a positive attitude, look out for one another, and stay focused on the job at hand. The value of these skills in the workplace is inescapable. In this workshop, Jay Wright, head coach of the Villanova University basketball team, shares his vision of what teamwork means and highlights three audiobooks that helped shape his approach.

Pak Jun Do is the haunted son of a lost mother - a singer “stolen” to Pyongyang - and an influential father who runs Long Tomorrows, a work camp for orphans.
