I’m a HUGE fan of this series but this one was a HUGE waste of time and money. Skip it and move on to the next real book with a plot and everything.

I love Harlan coben and Scott brick but this one...I'm on chapter 23 and I still don't know what's going on. I don't know if it's me or what but this book wanders all over the place. The story is really hard to follow. I'm still listening so maybe all these fragments will fall into place.

The best part of the book is the beginning, the middle, and the end.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Stand?
The ending was a blast I never expected!
What does Grover Gardner bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The narration was amazing; brought all the characters to life in my mind I could see them all.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The whole book moved me. Totally. As creepy as it was, it could really happen in real life, right now.
Any additional comments?
Out of this world (thank goodness) and made me really stand up and take notice of all the good things we have ~ and take for granted. My first Stephen King experience and it won't be my last! I had no idea he was such a good writer. After listening to this book I learned it was made into a movie (a decade ago), so I found it on netflix and watched it. The movie was okay but the book was soooooo much more! I'm really glad I called audible one day to get help finding a good book to listen to and this was suggested to me. I would have never chosen this book otherwise.
