Please let me introduce you Dr Daniels! A 40+ yr old hero who is the most amazing single dad of three boys. He's also an incredible lover and sensitive to the physical and emotional needs of his girlfriend Violet. He's very big on open communication in their relationship and always encourages her to be honest with what she wants even if she's afraid he may want something different.

Sigh! Swoon! Heart eyes! This level of maturity in a hero is apparently what gets my motor going. So darn sexy!

I have given every audiobook in this series 5 stars but this one is now my favorite! It's heartwarming and filled with humor and steam. The added bonus of being able to relate to the medical references/ jokes which were just so spot on was just the icing on top of the cake.

The e-book and paperback will release in January and I'm sure those formats will be good. HOWEVER, I cannot stress how much I recommend this in audio format! Hello! Otherwise you would be missing out on the laid back sexy voice of Zachary Webber. Yes I'll be dreaming of that voice tonight. You can thank me later!

Beautiful multicultural romance

How amazing and insightful was this book! This was a sexy, interracial romance packed with humor. It tells the story of Nigerian born Azere who immigrated to Canada at the age of 12 and her struggles to adapt to a new culture without letting go of her own. As an immigrant, I appreciated this story so much!

Azere has a one night stand with an Italian man, Rafael. This is after another failed date set up by her mother, who is never failing in her persistence for Azere to marry a good Nigerian man. Fast forward a few months and Azere is shocked to see said one night stand is now a fellow co-worker. Their chemistry from their first night picks up right away and turns into so much more. Azere knows her mother would never approve of her being with a white man outside of her culture but she also needs to follow her heart and find her own happiness.

Being proud of where you come and wanting to preserve your cultural identity is every immigrant's struggle. Azere felt forced to limit her dating pool to men of her own culture and falling in love with a man outside of this was not in her plans. I loved the way the author played out this complex love story and I loved learning about the Nigerian culture. At the heart of this there is swoon worthy romance that any romance reader will adore and I highly recommend!

Narrated by Nkeki Obi-Melekwe and Gary Tiedemann who did such an amazing job!

Fantastic western historical romance

This was such a fun, sexy, humorous and romantic western historical. The highlight of this book was the FANTASTIC BANTER between the MCs that had me constantly smiling and laughing and was laced with so much sexual tension!

Mariah moves to California after finally deciding to escape her mother's abuse. She transforms from a shy, docile girl into a spirited, sassy woman when she takes a housekeeping job for the womanizing Logan Yates. Logan is undeniably sexy and is accustomed to women falling at his feet. Mariah makes it clear that if marriage is not his intention then she will not be his to claim. I love it when a woman puts an arrogant man in his place! I especially love when said man falls in love and can't help but feel jealous when other men look her way. He was also quite caring and romantic without even realizing it. You will absolutely fall for both of these headstrong characters! Their love story was heartwarming and their chemistry was sizzling!

The secondary characters were all so loveable and I loved the diversity. There are bits of 1800s Californian history highlighting the experience of African Americans, Native Americans and even Mexicans. Each book in the trilogy tells the story of each Yates brother but they are all standalones.

Narrated by Shari Peele who did a great job with the main characters but her mexican and Native American acccents were just ridiculous.

Amazing small town romance

This was absolutely incredible! I obviously have to give credit to the author for such an amazing book but I think the male narrator Tor Thom played a big role in carrying this book to the next level for me. Can you fall in love with a voice? 100 percent yes! Add in the fact that Henry was such an incredibly sweet hero and I was a goner! Tor Thom's voice is so deep, smooth and sexy. Seriously I may a bit obsessed! Vanessa Edwin is the female narrator and she did a good job as well... but really this one was all about Tor.

The story itself is a small town romance with two divorcees who unexpectedly find love with each other. Neither of them were really looking because they had such bad experiences with their previous marriages. The attraction was almost instant and the chemistry was incredible. Henry is the ultimate good guy. He was so caring, gentle and sweet. So his sexy, dirty talk in the bedroom and his aggressive uncontrollable lust was a fantastic surprise.

I loved how mature these characters were and the way they put the needs of Sylvia's kids in front of their own relationship. Both of them were so selfless and endearing. The support and love from Sylvia's family and Henry's friends was also heartwarming. I love small town romances for these very reasons.

This was such a sexy, swoon worthy romance and I feel the need to binge this entire series. These are all interconnected standalones.

Sexy sports romance with complex MCs

Let me start off with my favorite technical aspects of this audiobook. There are 3 narrators- 2 female and 1 male. This is a first for me. We have the hero (british accent), the heroine (american accent) and the 3rd narrator is for other british female voices. Also a first for me is that the male narrator does ALL the male voices and the females do the female voices. You would think this would be a given but actually every other audiobook I've listened to will have the male narrator talk in a feminine voice during the chapters with male POV and vice versa for the female POV. In this book, all the narrators appeared to have recorded together which was FABULOUS! It makes for such a great listening experience.

So now, onto the actual story. This is my first Harris brother book so I'm just meeting Gareth but I instantly loved him! From the moment I met him, I could sense the loneliness and brokenness in this sexy football player. He was also super humble and sweet and his love for his family was clear as day. He has been a rock for his siblings for so long and he has had to be strong for everyone in his life. Now it's his time to let go. This is where Sloan comes into the picture. One night of dominance and submission gives both Sloan and Gareth exactly what they need.

Sloan feels like she is losing control in her life as she goes through a messy divorce and custody battle. With Gareth she gets to take control, even if it's for a little while in the bedroom. What starts off as just a fling escalates into so much more and I just loved these two together. Sloan and Gareth are both such strong people that have each gone through so many struggles. There is a give and take in their relationship that they are both able to benefit from and they just fit perfectly together.

And gah! That ending! I knew this ended in a cliffy but that came out of nowhere and I was not expecting an ending like THAT!

This was fantastic! An emotional, sexy second chance love story with the thrill of danger and adventure. This story was perfect. I took 1/2 a star off because the male narrator was slightly annoying. He was just so dramatic about every damn thing. Even just offering a cup of coffee, he sounded like the world was ending. Lol! Maybe it was just me but I know if I read this on my kindle it would have been definitely 5 stars.

Great Mystery and Intrigue

My first audiobook in a long time and it took me a few chapters to get into "reading" this way. Once I adjusted though, I was fully engrossed. This was sexy and suspenseful with great plot twists.

This is Lucian's story and he is the youngest of the de Vincent brothers. The de Vincents are exceptionally wealthy and there is an air of mystery that surrounds the family with rumors of their mansion being haunted. The supposed belief of a curse on the family set in the backdrop of the Louisiana bayou create a suspenseful storyline that had me on the edge of my seat.

Lucian has a reputation as a playboy but Julia soon discovers that here is much more to him than meets the eye. He is certainly sexy and arrogant but he also has a great heart and cares very deeply for his family, especially his sister who Julia has been hired to care for. While Julia feels overwhelmed and at times out of place with the luxury and extravagance that surrounds the de Vincents, she cannot deny the deep seated attraction to Lucian. The chemistry with these two were scorching and the adult scenes were quite explicit.

The narrators did a great job. I forgot that there were only two narrators for the dual POVs even when they gave voice to the secondary characters. I think listening rather than reading gave an added element of scare to this story for me with all the strange occurrences and deaths that have occured on the estate.

This was a great adult suspense romance and I'm excited to get Gabe's story in the next book.
