Historia
In The Shadow Rising, the fourth novel in Robert Jordan’s #1 New York Times bestselling epic fantasy series, The Wheel of Time®, Rand al’Thor now wields the sword Callandor. He is both the Champion of Light and the Dragon Reborn. Now, he seeks answers to another prophecy that lies with the warrior people known as the Aiel to put him on the path of learning how to wield the One Power. Accompanied by Moiraine Damodred, Rand arrives at the Aiel Waste and is granted permission by the Wise Ones to enter the sacred city of Rhuidean.

Another great dramatic reading by an Aes Sedai
Revisado: 04-25-25
Book 4 certainly ups the ante and the lore that was established in the preceeding books. Although Book 3 was the faster read, this 4th book was filled with history and lore and cannot be rushed in reading but instead be a like deep wave that one must allow oneself to swept, submerged, carried away, and finally raised. The Wheel weaves as the Wheel wills!

Loved it! Just what I needed to hear in 2024!
Revisado: 01-13-24
A deeply personal and introspective work about getting in touch with shadow self, the side that we all have and one that we should take heed of, if we want to have a balanced life both as a person of the world and as a productive Creative.
Thank you Joanna for this.
Time for us to let our dark horses run!

Informative and Inspiring
Revisado: 09-07-22
When I first discovered Joanna’s podcast I knew I found someone who was both inspiring and informative. This very same book, or in this case, audiobook, an extension of the podcast, does the same. I listen to this whenever I need a push or in a funk. Thank you Joanna for helping me with my own productivity. More power to you and The Creative Penn Podcast!
