Historia
Grace is amazing. About this all Christians agree. Yet nearly all forms of Christianity put significant limits on grace. In Grace Saves All, David Artman argues that grace saves alone and goes to all. This inclusive approach to Christianity is variously called universal reconciliation, universal salvation, or perhaps most accurately, Christian universalism. He contends that the inclusive/Christian universalist approach is necessary because it offers the only Christian theology that successfully defends the goodness of God.

Historia
If it is true that God is a male, then his divinity or deity is expressed in his masculinity. Yet, I am a woman, and there are parts of my body, such as my breasts, vagina, and womb that are telling a story about God that I have never learned or understood. This is an exploration of the significance of a womb that must shed and bleed before it can create. How will we engage our body which cyclically bleeds most of our life and can build and birth a human soul? How will we honor the living womb that lives and, sometimes, dies within us?

Misleading Title
Revisado: 08-09-22
If you’re looking for a serious book about theology and the vagina/womb/menstruation and the unique ability women have to see God through these experiences. This is not the book for you. If you want a serious view of theology and new exciting God theory and to learn about the way through life creation that we can better understand the Being of God—this is not for you.
This book is a very elementary text. I’d suggest it for Sunday school moms as a tool to talk to their daughters about female empowerment during their first period—but that’s really where the depth of this book ends.

Historia
Saint Francis of Assisi is one of the most influential men in the whole of human history. This acclaimed biography of Saint Francis examines the life of a pure artist, a man "whose whole life was a poem". Here is the Saint Francis who prayed and danced with pagan abandon, who talked to animals, and who invented the crèche. Yet Francis also acknowledged the mystic responsibility to communicate his divine experience.

Very Misleading
Revisado: 08-30-21
I bought this thinking it would be a good biography of St Francis. It was anything but. For half the book the author repeated the same 2 stories multiple times and went on long winded tangents that had absolutely nothing to do with the life of St Francis.

Historia
A collection of essays spanning politics, criticism, and feminism from one of the most-watched young cultural observers of her generation, Roxane Gay. In these funny and insightful essays, Roxane Gay takes us through the journey of her evolution as a woman ( Sweet Valley High) of color ( The Help) while also taking listeners on a ride through culture of the last few years ( Girls, Django in Chains) and commenting on the state of feminism today (abortion, Chris Brown).

Misleading
Revisado: 04-09-21
This book is a collection of essays by Roxane Gay on her thoughts about tv shows, movies, lots of different fiction books, etc. Sadly however, the vast majority of this book is her talking about other books, tv shows and movies. This book offers very little original thought, and widely ignores feminism. The most feminist part of this book was the introduction. All around, very disappointed and misled—I thought this book would be more academic or would have more depth.

This book was really good, it gets repetitive at times, but Chapters 5-7 & 10 make it completely worth it

This book was read very well, and t does offer some unique perspectives on certain topics. But all in all, the wisdom of this book is fading away as the old patriarchal values of American society are becoming outdated.
