I wish the had used local narrators

Really good story. Sad and compelling. You really get sucked into the feelings of the main characters.
Narrators mispronounce a lot of words, some of the reading is awkward in places. Would have been better with narrators that have local/accurate accents. Although, I think the writing gives away that the author isn’t local anyway (pop, instead of soda for example). Definitely still worth listening to, but it could have been better.
