The secret life of bats
Revisado: 09-10-24
Surprising and compelling story about our profound misconceptions about bats and how in reality there are mostly the opposite of how they are characterize and popular belief.
Wonderful adventure, story and a beautiful portrait of a man driven by his passion.

Historia
Set in the mountains of southern Appalachia, Demon Copperhead is the story of a boy born to a teenaged single mother in a single-wide trailer, with no assets beyond his dead father’s good looks and copper-colored hair, a caustic wit, and a fierce talent for survival. Relayed in his own unsparing voice, Demon braves the modern perils of foster care, child labor, derelict schools, athletic success, addiction, disastrous loves, and crushing losses.

So good, and an absolutely stunning performance
Revisado: 08-21-23
So good, and an absolutely stunning performance, enjoyed it so much that upon completion, I went right back to the beginning, and listened through an equally-enjoyed second time, with an ear for the deeper subtleties of the words, sentence, structure, story depth, and performance.

Riveting story, fantastic storytelling
Revisado: 05-07-22
This is a fascinating and really well told story. Michal Lev-Ram Did incredible job bringing her fine journalistic expertise to the podcasting platform. Steve, our protagonist, not only has a great story to tell, but relays it with with strength, surprising humility and compelling self-reflection. Lev-Ram’s did a beautiful job weaving together this story with her own insight and authenticity. Five stars.

Historia
Mixing a bit of seventeenth-century French history with a great deal of invention, Alexandre Dumas tells the tale of young D'Artagnan and his musketeer comrades, Porthos, Athos, and Aramis. Together they fight to foil the schemes of the brilliant, dangerous Cardinal Richelieu, who pretends to support the king while plotting to advance his own power. Bursting with swirling swordplay, swooning romance, and unforgettable figures.
