Historia
Mitch Rapp hates owing anyone a favor—especially when it’s the world’s most powerful crime lord. But when Damian Losa calls, Mitch is honor bound to answer. The Syrian government has created a highly addictive new narcotic that it plans to distribute throughout Europe. It’s a major threat to Losa’s business and he’s determined to stop it by any means necessary. Rapp is the perfect choice for the mission. Not only does he have extensive experience operating in the Middle East, but he’s also entirely expendable.

Poor way to end such a great series!
Revisado: 09-20-23
This is by far the worst Mitch Rapp novel ever written and narrated. Over nine hours; barely heard one gun shot, one fist fight, and the banter between the so-called Tier 1 operators of Scott and Mitch is just hilariously Hollywood.
It's like the author never read a Mitch Rapp novel and missed it by a long shot .

Historia
Mexican drug cartels are shooting up the streets of Laredo and El Paso. Somali pirates are holding three U.S. tankers for ransom. The President of the United States is fed up and, as Commander in Chief, has what he thinks is a pretty bright idea — to get hold of Colonel Charley Castillo and his merry band and get them on the case. Unfortunately, that will be difficult. Everybody knows that the President hates Castillo’s guts, and has just had him forcibly retired from the military, and now Castillo’s men are scattered far and wide, many of them in hiding.

Worst WEB Griffin book ever.
Revisado: 01-22-20
The absolute worst book ever written by WEB Griffin namesake.
If this is what the series has come to then this will be my last venture with this author.
So loved the early “men of war” series and others by Griffin but this is an absurd writing which should have never been published under his name.
Extremely disappointing.

Historia
After 9/11, the United States made one of the most secretive and dangerous deals in its history. The evidence against the powerful Saudis who coordinated the attack would be buried. In return, King Faisal would promise to keep the oil flowing and deal with the conspirators in his midst. When the king's own nephew is discovered funding ISIS, the president suspects that the Saudis never intended to live up to their agreement.

Can't stand the narration! 180 from rough and rugged Rapp👎
Revisado: 09-11-17
Deeply Disappointed . Scott Brick's emotional dripping diatribe just sickening to a Rapp fan. I think Mitch is gone for good.

No Mitch Rapp!
Revisado: 09-12-16
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Luke Stone is a joke! Ex-special forces commander?...gosh I hope not. He can't even fight his own fights without help from Ed which makes him about as intimidating as Elmo on Sesame Street. Story line was good but who wants a weakling for a supposed hero? He gets no respect from anyone-one yet he's supposed to be some bad ass SF guy?
If you’ve listened to books by Jack Mars before, how does this one compare?
First and last Luke Stone story.
What three words best describe K.C. Kelly’s performance?
Very Good Narration
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Any Means Necessary?
All scenes which define Luke as weak and disrespected; which are a lot!

Disappointing
Revisado: 02-13-09
I've read and listened to them all and this one is the most disappointing of the Carlos Castillo novels. Lack of action and constant reiteration of old character backgrounds makes it a long dull listen.
