I just couldn't get past that narration!! The narrator was horrific! I would consider reading the book itself. But I couldn't even get to the story because of the quality of the narration!!

I truly loved when Beverly Jenkins writes a novel! I love how she educates us while telling us great romantic passionate love story. I love how the characters are compelled and Drawn to one another. I love how all of the characters that were associated with the previous book have the same personalities and mannerisms and this book is well. And I love the narrator's voice. I can't wait for more I hope there are more books coming soon. I am very very much excited.

I love this book! I normally live for the Madaris novels because they are all narrated by Pete Ohms! I love his deep sultry voice but I truly feel like he held back his voice in this book! I don't know if it was to make it more streamlined, but I did not care for it! Even with the characters he has previously narrated before their voices in the other books have always been the same but this time they were different and that disturbed me! His voice has always made the Madaris family real to me!!
