i think this will help me get through to some doctors hopefully before they shut me off like most do when they see a complicated case. i have personally experienced nanny of the doctors mentioned in this book that interrupt the patient within seconds of the patient telling them why they are there.

although I did not do the actual Journal that Gene suggested in the book I had phone the very many suggestions from spirit two achieve a new normal after my husband passed and my mom passed within three years. this book release get you started on regaining in a new life

listening to both of Teresa Caputo 's books has given me a peace in knowing that although I miss my mom dearly I know that she's still participating in our lives and is able to guide us with increased spirit knowledge. she has been a outstanding servant here on earth and I can have the peace within me knowing that she's still here, just not in a physical body. this has helped beyond words with my grief process and ability to forgive a former friend for taking items that belonged to my deceased husband of 20 years. these books have helped heal my broken heart from my husband passing just three years ago and now my mom just a few weeks ago. I'm counting my blessings and recognize the gifts I'm given every day from God and spirit. Teresa Caputo has been a blessing to many.

my mom, sister, and myself have been interested in what the afterlife is like and have gone to a few well known mediums like Rebecca Rosen..i have gained more faith in God and now that my mom has joined him in Heaven I'm at peace wth her passing. even though I'll miss her very much in the physical sense, I know she is still involved in our lives and I have faith she'll be giving me signs of such. thankyou for providing such beautiful messages and embracing this wonderful gift from God to help others. may God Bless you
