Great narration and story

I was again drawn into the lives of Quaid and Aslan as their relationship progresses to the next level. Aslan can't seem to get the proposal right amid a huge out of town case.

Quaid insecurities running rampant as he struggles with Aslans' weird behaviour whilst having his own cases to deal with.

Again the mystery was one that I didn't see coming and I really loved the way these men finally sorted everything else. I'm looking forward to the next one.

Immensely powerful and insightful story

Nick Russo does an amazing job of giving life to this story. It really felt like Bishop was telling me his story and letting me feel all of his emotions right along with him.

Anson is doing his best to help Bishop as he deal with his freedom after so long in prison. There are so many ups and downs for both of them as they navigate this new normal.

Bishop's vulnerability in his new environment was touchingly emotional. This audio definitely bought all the feels. The hope and hopelessness, fear and courage, love and friendship, judgement and acceptance makes for a immensely powerful and insightful story that I highly recommend!!

It deserves more than 5 stars

Nick J Russo has done an amazing job of bringing the men in this book to life. His narration gives great depth to this amazing series.
Search for the trail of Juniper carries on as Quaid struggles to get to the bottom of the mystery of her disappearance. Tensions and stress levels are high as the case gets more intense. The twists and turns were a huge surprise. I loved how it all came together. Quaid's insecurities were a little frustrating at times but I understood how his past made him that way. The flaws both men have made them a little more human. I enjoyed hearing Aslan and Quaids relationship grow and strengthen as Quaid leans on Aslan during trying times. I'm loving this series and eagerly await the final book. Happily recommend!

An injured model and his new nurse/caretaker get off to a bumpy start but soon find themselves liking each other.

The narration and accents sounded very authentic to me and made me feel like I was in England.

It was fun watching them get to know each other. Also, watching Ferris going a little Christmas crazy and forcing Zander to embrace the joy of the season was delightful.

This is a high fun, low angst sweet Christmas story.

Good story, great narration

Ex figure skater Adrian meets pro hockey player Ravi under less than ideal circumstances. They have a challenging beginning and I really enjoyed watching their relationship grow and evolve into something strong and meaningful.

There was a good storyline with strong character growth which kept me invested in the story the whole way through.

The narrator did a fantastic job of voicing both of these men and I'll definitely be looking for more of his work.

Perfect ending to the series

It was so good catch up with our favourite couples from the Trials series, seeing how they've been travelling over time. I love how they have all been brought together to give us a most satisfying ending the this amazing series.

Of course it wouldn't be a Nicky James book without a little bit of angst but ultimately I was very happy to see all of the Trials couples thriving and just as in love as ever. There are still struggles and obstacles they overcome and fight almost daily but the strength of these men really shone through.

Again Adam Gold nails the narration. Through this series he has definitely become a favourite of mine and I look forward to listening to more stories from him.

Iggy is a paramedic. Arden is his best friends little brother.
Arden's brother Phoenix was really dislikable for most of this story.

I felt sorry for Arden and how his relationship with food was totally misunderstood by everyone around him. No one even tried to understand..

I really enjoyed watching the relationship between Arden and Iggy grow and blossom into something beautiful. Iggy's unending support without judgement or prejudice was exactly what Arden needed.

I loved Adam Golds narration. He is quickly becoming one of my favourites. He has a way of voicing the characters that brings them to life beautifully.

A beautifully crafted story about love, fear, a religious family, forgiveness and hope.

A complex story of tragedy, trauma and friendship

Grayson and best friend Beckett find themselves living together in Beck's one bedroom apartment after a terrible accident leaves Gray unable to live in his home and needing help to get around.

Gray has many issues he's trying to deal with.
Both men were a bit hard to like in the beginning but both were able to find a piece of my heart for themselves.

The narration was spot on. His voicing of this story gave it great depth an emotion.

A complex story of tragedy and trauma, friendship and love.

Angsty age gap romance

It took me a few chapters to get into the story of  bartender and older businessman Max but I soon became invested in their lives.

I enjoyed the was their relationship grew and evolved. Their story was well paced and had great flow.

This story had a bit of everything. There was joy and fun but also sadness and angst.

I especially enjoyed the narration. The voices for Krew and Max seemed spot on to me.

Amazing!!

Wow!! What an emotional beginning.. not that we should expect anything different from Ms James. She really knows how to pull you into a story and have you fully invested within the first chapter.

The narrator did an amazing job giving life and feeling to the characters, making them feel real as they came alive and through the speakers.

My heart broke for Jason/Jackson. His pain, grief and guilt felt so real I could touch it. My heart ached along with his for what he was going through. The circumstances he finds himself in were at times gut wrenching and just sad as it was all out of his control.

Skyler was the kind of adorable we all need in our lives. He is bright, fun and full of life. His outlook on life and they way he lived showed such a marked difference from Jason. Although he is not without his own issues too.

Overall this is an fantastic audio of an amazing story. It gives you ALL the feels. I challenge anyone to listen to this story and not be moved.

Highly recommend!!
