Historia
An 11-year-old boy's violated corpse is found in a town park. Eyewitnesses and fingerprints point unmistakably to one of Flint City's most popular citizens. He is Terry Maitland, Little League coach, English teacher, husband, and father of two girls. Detective Ralph Anderson, whose son Maitland once coached, orders a quick and very public arrest. Maitland has an alibi, but Anderson and the district attorney soon add DNA evidence to go with the fingerprints and witnesses. Their case seems ironclad.

Not one of King’s best
Revisado: 06-12-18
This had a good premise but the execution was flat. And boring. I have been a King fan since Carrie and I think he’s lost it. Seems like the Dark Tower took it all out of him. This is just not good, not scary, not creepy. Just boring . Too bad.

Historia
It's been twenty years since the night Jake Marcott was brutally murdered at St. Elizabeth High School. It's a night that shattered the lives of Lindsay Farrell, Kirsten Daniels, and Rachel Alsace. It's a night they'll never forget. A killer will make sure of that....

Decent story terrible narrator
Revisado: 05-05-18
This narrator was so very annoying. It was difficult to pay attention to the actual story because of the narrator. I should have read the book instead. Don’t waste your credit on this one.

Clark is not once she once was
Revisado: 05-02-17
This was boring, and short. I liked a lot of Clark's books, but in recent years, she's lost it unfortunately. It's sad. I like Jan maxwell, but even she couldn't save this story.

Historia
The small town of Lakeshore was always quiet until the tourist season hit in the winter. That was the only reason for media attention...until now. Ten-year-old Katie Elkton was a sweet child, in spite of the mental and physical abuse she suffered at the hands of her father. One fateful day, Katie was found dead at the bottom of the stairs in the basement with almost all of her bones broken. Her parents disappeared. Some said accident. Some cried foul play.

Not worth it
Revisado: 09-11-15
The story was weak and the narrator was not good . I'm sat through it on principle but it was tough to get through.

great story, terrible narration by King
Revisado: 05-04-15
King is a terrible narrator. His vocal characterizations are awful. He attempts to sound like a protestant hell-fire and brimstone preacher, but instead sounds like someone with a bad Italian dialect. I stuck with it only because I read the book years ago and enjoyed the story. I wish he would stop narrating his own work; he detracts from the story in a big way. I listen to audiobooks constantly, and he is one of the worst narrators I have ever heard.
