Solid concepts but drawn out

The book has some pretty good concepts and you get some good takeaways for each chapter. However the book could probably be condensed into 30 pages and my Takeaway would be the exact same. Too much time is spent reflecting on war stories and how it relates to business when they could be spending the time reflecting on discussing how the concept apply to business scenarios.
