AMAZING PODCAST!!
Revisado: 07-11-22
Dr. Livingood ALWAYS has something in every single Podcast that I can take away something from that is not only helpful but most of his Medical advice are complete “game changer’s”. There is also the added bonus of his wife who gives very simple, easy to make what I would call Super Foods because they are nutrient rich. I have done much research myself looking for “Food as Medicine” answers to healing and optimum health. Dr. Livingood adresses a broad range of health issues with specific and easy to implement nutritional healing rather than pharmaceuticals. Like I said..Dr. Livingood is AMAZING! Want to try some of the supplements that he offers as well because I trust the source. It can be quite difficult to navigate all of the supplements out there so his supplements seem like a “no brained.” Thank you for providing an invaluable public service through your Podcast!

Just step out your door today, and you will notice that poise is a rarity in our wired, fast-paced, and unmannerly world. As uncivil behaviors like flip-flops at Broadway shows and digital oversharing proliferate, this timely book reminds us of the quiet power of behaving with dignity, kindness, and grace. Jennifer L. Scott's Parisian mentor, Madame Chic, embodied poise and not just with the good posture, stylish attire, and natural manners that made her extraordinarily elegant.

The narrattor is lovely. She puts forth that even in contemporary times, poise and an air of natural gracefullness, is still as important as it ever was. Also addresses alot of other contemporary issues that we, as women should consider as important. Just Great!!

Narrator sounded almost like reading in slow motion. Book overall definitely lacked depth in addressing the subject. Average at best.

Historia
There just isn't enough time for everything on our to-do list - and there never will be. Successful people don't try to do everything. They learn to focus on the most important tasks and make sure those get done. They eat their frogs. There's an old saying that if the first thing you do each morning is eat a live frog, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you're done with the worst thing you'll have to do all day. For Tracy, eating a frog is a metaphor for tackling your most challenging task - but also the one that can have the greatest positive impact on your life.

Historia
With all of the pluck and charm of its eponymous young hero, Rachel McAdams (The Notebook, Spotlight, Midnight in Paris) delivers a spectacular reading of Montgomery's beloved bildungsroman. In moments both funny and bittersweet, McAdams' voice is imbued with the spark that has made Anne a much-loved symbol of individualism and cheer for over a century.

AMAZING!!
Revisado: 05-21-17
This was an indescribably lovely book because of the beauty of the descriptiveness of all the beauties of nature and many deep emotions felt by the main character, Anne which allowed the listener to feel as though present among it all. It marvelously told of how the main character, Anne, thrived despite many of the difficult and unfortunate circumstances of her past and present that she dealt with almost daily at times but got through. Lastly, it is an example of the extreme sacrifice Anne made to care for her ailing adoptive mother despite an opportunity afforded her of a much coveted scholarship to continue her education and put aside her tremendous drive to go further and pursue a future in which she would likely have lead her to do great things given her superior intellectual gifts as well as a big heart. Rachel McAdam's narration was superb and her pleasant voice easy to listen to via audio books. I highly recommend this book.
