Chopped up style was tough. Suffered through more chapters than I should have. Then got to the raw solicist chapter, vomited, I'm out. Enough for all, rich taking more than their share. Only repreave is this piece of crap was half price...twice what it's worth.

no where in the description did it say it was for bible toters. to each his own, but be upfront about what you are selling. this clown is sighting scripture constantly. i held out till chapter 4 to see if he would stop preaching and get on with it, but hell no, just kept on spewing. I'm pissed and want a refund.

decent work but the narator made it hard to finish

i can still hear the narator say "leutenant jane-Kins" or "brone-Ko" . Serously, this is a novel about strong military men and it is narrated by a guy with a sissy voice. Narating an audio book brings another dimension that cannot be overlooked or it crashes hard like this one.

What did you like best about Collective Retribution? What did you like least?
I like the concept of post apocalyptic society. I did not like the sermons, however in that situation, I would use whatever the brainwashed populous believed in to raise an army as well.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
It was interesting how the author brought in soldiers from other countries to control the people...like what other countries do by bringing us in. Why did the author choose the Germans to be the villain force?
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of D. S. Edwards?
Anyone that does not talk through his nose...get the guy who reads for Matthew Bracken.
Could you see Collective Retribution being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
It needs Hollywood to salvage this.

enjoyed it. the narrator's voice is deep, so adjust the bass on you speakers. the story, especially the citizen response was very realistic in my opinion.
