I've read many real estate books & honestly never read one that could be so easily, directly, & immediately applied to my business. Most books leave you with 1 or 2 helpful tidbits, or bore you with endless theory & running after a new "shiney objects", but this is the opposite. Each chapter illustrates concisely & honestly the steps agents need to take to become wildly successful. No magic pill, just the truth that nobody will tell you. Whitty, funny, positive, super honest & skilled advice!! These guys really get it and are gifted communicators who inspire me to reach my goals because I can see so clearly how to do it!
