And I'm so happy that Jo Raylan continues as narrator.

Quirky and sweet, with a little drama

I love the narrators. Tor Thom and Charley Ongel work so well together.

She thinks she's cursed, he's gonna prove her wrong. Together they are quirky,a little nerdy and sweet.

Tor Thom and Charley Ongel are two of my favourite narrators and they do an amazing job bringing this story to life.
This type of story isn't normally my cup of tea, but the narratora managed to lure me in

I fell in love with Maisie and Cameron

First I read the novella, then I read the novel and now I've finished the audiobook.
The novella was short and sweet. Then the book gave the story more debt, but having it read out loud made this story come alive. At first I struggled a little bit with the narraror, because in my head she was "Leanne" from L.H Cosway's "Running on Air" series. But as the story went on I soon forgot about my issues and Stacey Holmes was simply perfect for this audiobook aswell.

Happy-Go-Lucky is a story that will make you smile, make you laugh, make you a tad angry and excited.
I couldn't help feeling for Maisie. To see how her coworkers treated her was horrible, so it was so fun following her in this story. To see how she grows and becomes more confident in her self.
Then you have the closed off Cameron.
Not seeming to care about anyone but himself. But do we get to see the real Cameron?
Listen to this book and fall in love with these very different, but funny characters.

Smitten indeed

Yes, I was smitten by your Brit Melonie Johnson!
"Smitten by the Brit" is the second book in the "Sometimes in Love" series.
It sequels "Getting hot with the Scot" (Cassie and Logan's story)
Ms Johnson uses Shakespeare and Austen references throughout this book and it fits this story perfectly. I haven't read any Shakespeare or Austen works (yet) , only seen a play and movie adaptations. But I loved it. It made me fell even more for Theo the Brit and Bonnie.

Because of all the back story in book 1, I highly recommend (but not necessary) reading it before starting on "Smitten by the Brit"

Like with the first book the thing I'm most annoyed with is the POV. In this book it could've been more clearly devided between Bonnie's POV and Theo's POV, it would make the reading flow better.
That said, I think the writing in this book is better than it was in the previous book. The flow is better.

All in all, I'm smitten. Simply as that.
And then there is the battle between Logan the Scot and Theo the Brit.
I'm torn. I love the Scottish brogue and I love the British gentleman. Might just be a tie... No, I don't think I can choose one over the other.

I need more Air!

"His kiss was better than running on air"

You could feel the tention between Leanne and Callum all through this novella. Just waiting for their bubble to burst.

So happy that L.H Cosway writes about characters outside the norm, who ain't perfect, who are flawed and has issues they struggle with.
Life ain't perfect or easy, so why should stories be any different?

The narrators did a great job, specially Will M. Watt. Love his accent.

The Walker family saga - The beginning

Nicole Edwards know how to push my buttons with this story that's for sure!
I took a few trips down memory lane while listening to this story. It was very emotional at times.

Curtis is Lorri and Curtis Walker's story. The heads of the Walker family in Coyote Ridge.

Before this book I listened to the books about their sons and while doing so I wanted to know more about Lorri and Curtis.

In this book you get to know them both from the time they were teenagers. Follow them on their journey to adulthood, their ups and downs, their sorrows and their happiness.

I'm left of wanting more of this Walker family saga

Every parents nightmare, captivating and cruel.

It's not often I have to take long breaks from the audiobook I'm listening to, but with this one I had to. I had to have several days where I wasn't listening to this story.
That hopelessness and sorrow felt so real, almost too real.
I like how the story was divided in the differen POV's. How we got glimses into the past, slowly, not revealing the plot too quickly.

Story wise, it felt a bit too rushed. If this book had been a little longer I think the flow would have been better.

Hot biker

I knew from the title of this book that there were things I wouldn't like about this story. But it is narrated by Tor Thom and Charley Ongel, two of my favorite narrators so I had to give it a go.

Daddy play isn't my thing at all. But if you look past that issue I really liked the plot of this story.
Troubled past, doing the right thing, second chances, biker, beard, tattoos... Love it.
