Fantastic book for people who know nothing about Chess but want to learn the game and get better. There are tons of books about this topic and most provide some beginner explanations but most are for intermediate players and not for absolute beginners like this book.

I often add other features and improvements to my “projects.” I call them projects even though I work on them mostly alone. The book is the right fit as it discusses how to close tasks effectively, avoid scope mistakes, and become a leader when dealing with people. I have to say “no” primarily to myself. 80% indeed means a project or assignment is generally complete, and most people are okay with it. This is the biggest added value for me.

The audiobook will serve all levels of project managers, both employees, and entrepreneurs. I like how the book is structured and the attached bonus checklist. Agile is now mostly used methodology and will dominate in the future. The role of a project manager is different in agile than in waterfall and in agile it’s usually called differently.
