It's been a while since I listened to the first book, but the author does a good job of reminding you what happened without rehashing every detail. I'm excited to see what happens next in the story!

classics read poorly

If you just want to listen to these classics and you aren't picky about the readers performance then this is wonderful. However, I found that most of the readers are not great. I suppose that's how this book was so cheap; it's all read by inexperienced narrators.
