What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
i believe this book could have been written ia a weekend. i have read other books ''for dummies' but not this bad.spend more money and buy from vines to wines or the wine bible

What would have made Wine Making for the Total Novice better?
i am a home winemaker so i was hoping some a fair amount of detail. this was not the case:simplistic. I suppose if you ere making wine from welch's it might be helpful.
