Such a great read and tool for spiritual growth and self realization. The book covers the ascension path in such a practical way, with techniques and meditations throughout that bring you to the present moment or bring your awareness to the right place to see/ feel what you need to. The information is higher level but grounded and easy to understand. There’s no fluff, just real, practical Truth. Will definitely refer back to this from time to time for its wisdom and as a reference point in my own ascension journey. Great read or listen. Highly recommended 🙏🏻💫
