Few issues are as controversial in the church today as the questions and debate surrounding the LGBTQ community. Pastor Fran Leeman and his church avoided all the controversy for decades and then were suddenly thrust into it. Fran boldly chose to invite his leaders and congregation into an intentional process of learning and conversation with no idea where the journey would lead.

This book should be mandatory listening. I will never understand the conservative view toward LGBTQ citizens of the world . Certainly this segment of our population have loved ones in this community. Bravo for you and your church for showing inclusion. Bravo for Michael J Downey for giving an outstanding rendition of your story.

Caribbean Payback is study in geo politics. It’s good versus evil at its best. Michael J. Downey does an excellent job of bringing the story to life. His pronunciations and dialects give you a front row seat to all the action. This one is not to be missed!

Citizen Soldier is riveting! This is my first experience with listening to a book. I highly recommend it. It is especially entertaining for road trips.
Michael J Downey has found his niche! He is excellent as a narrator. Not a dull moment. Looking forward to his next one!
