Where does Still Foolin' 'Em rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Right at the top. I listen to many different types of books. This one ranks right at the top.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Billy....

Which character – as performed by Billy Crystal – was your favorite?

Mickey Mantel

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

There were definitely some sad moments. I think Billy was looking for the ....I laughed, I cried book. I am not easily moved to tears and I was not here however I could see where some might be.

Any additional comments?

When I finish a good book a part of me gets sad its over, wishing for maybe one more chapter! This book was no different.
Thanks for sharing your life Billy!

Would you try another book from Bruce Markusen and/or Tom Parks?

No...Probably not... maybe for free... will not pay for one that's for sure.

What was most disappointing about Bruce Markusen’s story?

In the whole book, there was maybe two or three things that a normal Mets fan would not know. It seemed that the whole book was a history of transactions the Mets made. And not even up to date.

Would you be willing to try another one of Tom Parks’s performances?

Maybe! The man constantly mispronounced players names. It was so annoying. So bad that at one point I didn't even know who the heck he was talking about. His reading wasn't bad, but as a Mets fan I would like the reader to know how to pronounce the players names.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Tales from the New York Mets Dugout?

To many to mention... There would be no book left. It would end up a pamphlet.

Any additional comments?

Don't waste your time.

If you are a Mets fan and want to read something good try the new Mike Piazza book, or the Keith Hernandez book "If at First" Keith Hernandez also wrote a book called "Pure Baseball" This is a fantastic pitch by pitch account of 2 ballgames where he goes into every little nuance of what is happening at one time or another.

Finally, I am very disappointed in "Tales from the New York Mets Dugout" It is definitely not A Collection of the Greatest Mets Stories Ever Told

What did you love best about Long Shot?

Getting to learn a little more about one of my favorite Baseball players. Reminiscing about the days the Mets were winning.

Which scene was your favorite?

The recap of the grand slam single. Also the review of the 9/11 game brought back memories and gave me goose bumps.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

A long shot with a big bat.

Any additional comments?

I'm a Piazza fan. I enjoyed the heck out of the book. I think Mike did a great job of explaining a lot of his thought process, as well as having some of my questions concerning the Mets and Piazza answered.Lets face it if the hall does not call... "There's something wrong with us, something very, very wrong with us."Last but not least... LETS GO METS!!

What did you love best about The Ice Man?

Everything... The writing made me feel as if I were there... The narrator was fantastic. I loved the feeling that I was the only one who was allowed in on the secrets of the author and subject.

Who was your favorite character and why?

The character for whom the book is named: Richard Kuklinski

Have you listened to any of Michael Prichard’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

He is awesome. I love listening to his reading.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

The Ice Man: Confessions of a Killer

Any additional comments?

I would rate this book a R rating. Some violent scenes are depicted in the book.

What did you like best about The Iceman? What did you like least?

I thought this book would be more from the perspective of subject of the book. More of a bio. It was almost all from the perspective of the police. Maybe 70 /30 split.

Could you see The Iceman being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

James Gandolfini

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

YES! This book has put me on the path to letting go and forgiveness. It softened my heart.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked that it didn't try to force anything on the listener. It just was what it was. A great story.

What does Roger Mueller bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The reader was terrific. Not putting me to sleep and yet not overwhelming the story.

Any additional comments?

I listen mostly on my commute to and from work. Sometimes I have a cigar and listen. This book was intriguing enough to have me impatient for my next chance to listen.

What did you love best about No, They Can't?

This book is full of common sense! If you like Stossel you will know what I mean, If you have never heard him before, open your mind for a few hours and you will see that most of what he says is common sense.

Have you listened to any of John Stossel’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have listen to another one of his books called: "Myths, Lies, and Downright Stupidity". These books compare well to each other.

Any additional comments?

Have an open mind while listening to this book.
