Many missing pieces, disconnects, lost skills, forgotten learnings from book to book. I thought I missed pages, or missed books. I read a review on Goodreads that echoed the same feedback. I still want the next book of series. Am rooting for Jane to write it.

This was a final chapter. Would have appreciated the previous chapters. Would have appreciated an elongated authors not as well. As a Novella, it was enjoyable and very short

Strong Characters that pull you in and keep you

I found this series because of the powerful narration of the Alex Hawk series, storyline and wishing there was more. I'm not disappointed one bit with Tylers narration, Maddie's story, the depth of characters and wisdom in content as well as inspiration in the end of book shit. I really appreciate the collaboration that both authors embrace and look forward to book 3. Thank you both for taking on writing the entire series at once and not leaving your audience waiting. The content and characters feel real. Keep on collaborating. JA Huss - I look forward to reading your other books and getting more familiar with 'your style'. Curious about the evidence of the impact as you write solo vs collaboration. Keep on keeping on!

Outstanding less cliff hanger

This series is full of action, contemplation, fear and romance. Character development and relationships are outstanding. I don’t usually write reviews. I enjoyed this series so much I had to write it down. Where and when is the next book in the series. I have to say, while I knew there would be cliff hanger as I started chapter 100, my anxiety peaked in the last 3 minutes! I want more!
