Historia
Given the fever-pitched controversies about evolution, Adam and Eve, and scientific evidence for the Flood, the average person might feel intimidated by the book of Genesis. But behind the heady debates is a terrific story—one that anyone can understand, and one that has gripped people for ages. If you are not a Bible scholar but want to be able to listen to Genesis and understand its big picture, this brief, witty book is the guide you've been waiting for.

Historia
In the days and months after Pearl Harbor, the lives of Japanese Americans across the continent and Hawaii were changed forever. In this unforgettable chronicle of war-time America and the battlefields of Europe, Daniel James Brown portrays the journey of Rudy Tokiwa, Fred Shiosaki, and Kats Miho, who volunteered for the 442nd Regimental Combat Team and were deployed to France, Germany, and Italy, where they were asked to do the near impossible. Brown also tells the story of these soldiers' parents, immigrants who were forced to submit to life in concentration camps on U.S. soil.

The untold history
Revisado: 08-13-22
thank you for telling the story of the lives of many Japanese here in the USA. Another example of our prejudice and awful treatment of others. Yet the people were strong, held to their values, and many came back from the war to address and make change. So many heros are lifted up. Thanks for the epilog.
My best friend in elementary school was Japanese and I was often in her home. When I later became aware of the imprisonment of the Japanese I wondered about her parents. I now know her mother was in the Heart Mountain Relocation Center during WW II. It breaks my heart, yet I so respect her and her husband who rose up.
