I felt a distinct difference in my appetite, but I found it a bit unnerving to have my appetite just shut off after a few bites. I felt the suggestions were a little too generalized. I loved the staircase deepner and the anti stress suggestions.

Good Morality Tale

It was a good morality tale and a good sea story. The wealth of detail about sailing reminded me of a book from my childhood titled "The Boatswains Boy"
It was exciting and at times funny. The foreshadowing was excellent.
