Before going through the book, I used to think that my perfectionism was only natural and it is what everybody strives for in all wakes of life. Although, somewhat true but it's exactly this trait that was pushing me towards procrastination and imbalance in life. Going through Clive's book, I am now able to distinguish between positive perfectionism & negative perfectionism. This awareness has helped me to embrace my efforts more positively rather than fearing failure all the time. You can buy 100 more books on being highly productive, or striving for that millionaire habits and routine but none of them will serve a single purpose unless you understand the upper limit of your perfection and that pinnacle where it can become more harmful than helpful. I would have given this book FIFTY stars if I could! Amazingly written and surprisingly helpful!

I started doing home workouts during the pandemic only to find out that how difficult it is without proper guidance or equipment. I developed several body aches and stiff muscles along the way which were really not what I wanted. Thank god I discovered Milo and this audiobook. The first book in the bundle covers the basics of gym-less workout equipping one with the right guidance for responsible workouts and the second half contains the workouts themselves. Even if the gym reopens again, I am going to stick to this DIY method! I would have given it TEN stars out of five If I could. Totally worth it!

I always struggled about bringing consistency in my routine and nothing seems to be working. Thank god I stumbled upon this audiobook. The author has done a wonderful job of explaining the science behind ultimate productivity with an action-based step-by-step replicable method for those who are struggling. It was easy to make a goal and set a routine but I just could not develop the mindset and habits to keep a track of it. I am excited to practice the brain training exercises shared in the last lesson to overcome that part. if you ever felt that your limiting beliefs are taking hold of your mind then this audiobook has the POWER to change that. Highly recommend it!
