wow- the material was so good! and challenging! very thankful for the information on how to pray and seek repentance for the generational sins and iniquities of my lineage

but the narrator made it painful to listen to! she was awful - her voice, the connotations, the way she "mocked", read the scripture text, etc- it was truly horrible! 🤦‍♀️🙉

highly disappointed by the "woe is me" attitude

as I started listening to this book... I couldn't help but to get sick. although some of what she says is ACCURATE- in today's society, WE CAN BE WHAT WE WANT TO BE, MALE OR FEMALE, coming from the lowest of low background! I, for one, was that person! I hate hearing how some women feel like - they deserve success bc they are women and they aren't given opportunities bc they are women- truth is YOUR SUCCESS IS YOUR OWN! YOU HAVE TO WORK AND EARN IT!
this is my opinion, I couldn't get past the first chapter. maybe I didn't wait long enough. but I couldn't listen any longer!

this book was truly enjoyable! about 1/2 of the way through I figured out the ending, but it was still an enjoyable book!

don't listen to the naysayers, fun read...before my next "self help" read!

so, many folks talk about the pride of the reader- I agree that there were hints of it in the narrative... however, looking beyond that and gleaning what I COULD, was my purpose of reading!

if we let it, and use it, this book and its content can help us grow as Business men and women...

I listened 2 times and received a new message the second time. it spoke to me in a different light the second time!

I suppose not everyone cares about language, but I, for one, do! I felt this book was unnecessarily vulgar and could have done without the 1500 swear words in the first paragraph! (minor exaggeration)
my thoughts were if it's this bad now, it'll progressively get worse!
sorry... but a better description would have saved me a credit! ugh highly disappointed

as a six figure woman, I can only say that this book was life altering for me. thought provoking. and it simply Changed the way I look at money... I've been an extremely frugal person my whole life and living out of my car, homeless, and on welfare! until one day- God turned my life around! at that moment, everything that was wrong became right! I'm thankful for abundance, the ability to tithe and give, and save... invest, and plan for my future! what an amazing book - hearing the success and failures of other high earners!

falling forward ... my take away!

I wouldn't say this book was life altering but there were certainly some amazing take aways!
1. view situations from another's perspective
2. we are the chiefest among sinners (and realize that our righteousness is as filthy rags!) until we can admit and come to terms that (even though) we do good, lead well, and fight hard... we still have our own set of hidden secrets and issues we don't want to SHOUT OUT!
3. falling forward .... we all fall .. but let's make sure we fall FORWARD

such a nice surprise

this Audible came with Prime membership... and it was a pleasant surprise. I actually really enjoyed the twists and turns of the "show" ....
