What jerk
Revisado: 12-11-24
Don't listen to this if you have issues with self-esteem, I believe is a common symptom of people with ADHD. The portrays those with ADHD in a very negative light. example, he talked about how children have poor impulse control and executive function, and as we "mature" into adults, we no longer "act like children" because our executive function develops to be able to do x, y and z. He then talks about how people with ADHD cant do x,y and z, which implies both that we act like children and are immature. He later did state in fact many people with ADHD are labeled as immature, and he tries to tell us how to fix ourselves. This extreme and black and white wording is unnecessary and cruel.

Historia
If you're a highly sensitive person (HSP), you're in good company. HSPs make up some 20 percent of the population, individuals like you who both enjoy and wrestle with a finely tuned nervous system. You often sense things that others ignore such as strong smells, bright lights, and the crush of crowds. Even the presence of strangers in your immediate vicinity can cause you considerable distraction.

didn't teach me anything new, very basic.
Revisado: 05-11-23
he covered so many topics at a basic level. it was more like a guide map to tell you where to explore further. I also had issues with some of his recommendations, especially about diet. He isn't trained as a registered dietitian, and shouldn't be giving diet advice.

Just fair

Her accent is very strong, and at times seems to not annunciate her words clearly, making it more difficult to understand what she is saying.
Im knew to learning about dyslexia, it seemed like a good gernal overview, mostly related to work and homework related situations.

Revisado: 02-28-16
speaks too quickly at times, when you slow down the speed it just sounds silly and annoying after awhile.
