This 20+ hour compilation kept my attention and curiosity.

I downloaded this set thinking it might be good for background for my own series. Shortly however, the detailed and skillfully developed story, pulled me right in.
The narration was as clear as the story. Watts weaves history, technical information with great characters.

Certainly as good a book as I have ever read or listened to. Even after 34 hours, it kept me engaged. This is a masterpiece!
The narrator was as good as can be. So many voices. With clarity, pathos and cultural authority.

Great Story

This book was well written. Surprises kept popping up. The characters were interesting an well defined and as usual, Ray Porter was at the top of his game.
All in all, one of the better listens in a while.

Not very good. I want my credit back

I have listened to all the Reacher books. This was not in the same league. Most amazing- they replicated a fight scene later in the book, punch for punch, from the first fight scene in the book. Apparently, neither the editor nor the publishers were paying much attention. Just a money project! This series is in a coma!

This is certainly one of the best audio books I have ever listened to. It is fascinating, complex, sometimes challenging, yet keeps a strong of connection with all the elements that make this a meaningful and even touching story. As a writer, this work has given me a reference point for which to strive. Very well done!

This man is an excellent writer. Some of his works are too dark for me, but this series is both exciting and heartfelt. However, Into The Fire is his best by far.

I enjoyed every aspect of this story!

After listening to several hundred audio books, this one is a stand out.
The story, characters, details and pace pulled me I n, entertained and informed and taught me so much that I didn't know about fine art and the world of forgery. Bravo!
The narration was seamless and very intimate.

Best of the three

The first one was funny with a great story.
In the second audio edition the reader was so bad that I couldn't enjoy the story. I'm still not sure what was about. This one, the third book is very gripping. I is not really light like the first, it is deep and touching and honestly pulls you in to the character like few books in this category. The story is so well crafted and the individual personalities so well fleshed out that there is sense of fulfillment and even sadness at it end. Ray Porter is the best!!!
