I am always fascinated by people who exemplify Self-Leadership. Jeff Bezos seems to live that everyday through his work with Amazon. The description of the everything store by Brad Stone and now the everything company is worth talking about. I am glad I took the time to listen and learn more about Jeff and Amazon's approach in the world. Amazon is here to stay it seems.
Kudos to the author and the narrator. I enjoyed the book!

Great ideas worth sharing!

When I first heard about this book, I thought it was going to talk about purpose. However, it focuses on the drive for what you do - "WHY". I enjoyed listening to Simon's take on Golden Circle. The one challenge I have reading this book is that he only captured famous people to share his story. I find it rather odd that most times when we write about a principle we hardly look beyond the same category of past influencers. I do understand his principles, but I would love for him to share in another edition, maybe, how others have applied his concept in modern times and see a significant shift that is prolonged. I got the feeling that anyone could have said what he discovered in a different way and it would still make sense.
Apart from my opinions, I think the concept is noteworthy, and I am impressed by how he has taken what he believes, knows, and acknowledges to be true and express it to the world - A true Self-Leader.

Don't call about "The Book" Grant Mentions

I had a great time Listening to Grant another one of his supercharged books. I did not see myself as a sales person before, but after listen I definitely had a shift in perspective.
If you are in real estate this book is definitely for you. The tips he provide do skew to Grants area of expertise, but I was able to take the principles and apply them to what I do as a coach and a speaker.
I would recommend this book to anyone who has to do sales...that is everyone!

I soaked this one up like a sponge. It's as if every line, every story, and message I have lived. I enjoyed this one. Oprah is a special storyteller and she said it right...This one is going to help you. I would recommend anyone who is on that search for self get a copy or listen each chapter once/day for 10 weeks. One chapter per week. It is that good. The nuggets are intrinsically good and profound.
The essence of this journey in life is that, it is all simple.
FYI, the recording is really good. I listened it at 1.15 speed and it was perfect. I hope millions listen and read this one. Remember, all of her proceeds go towards the Boys and Girls Club of Kosciusko Mississippi.
In this one, THE PATH IS MADE CLEAR
