Historia
In the not-too-distant future, a 21-member crew launches from Earth. Their mission: to establish a temporary colony on Mars. Little do they know that colony will become permanent–and the last stand of the human race. Because, without warning, every single person left on Earth simply...vanishes. Now, a thousand years later, the resources needed to sustain life are running out, and the very existence of the Mars colony is threatened. Humankind has only one option–to return to its home planet.

crappy sound recording
- De Keith D Azevedo en 08-16-24
Good sound effects, but character ending is unclear
Revisado: 01-29-25
I like the sound effects, because they really add to the story except at the end. It's difficult to know what happened to the temporal mission teams at the end. You hear sounds, but no words clarify. The story wraps up in every other way.

Is this war?
Revisado: 08-28-24
Heated debate there at the end, my word. It is a good breakdown of the order of events. Ryoka leaving and returning. Plains Gnollls around Liscor and south near the bloodfields. Teriarch's delivery creates an entire sequence of horrible events.

No Quarter
Revisado: 08-28-24
The hosts take no quarter. The discussion is good, so much that I need to reread parts of the chapter. I like learning bits of trivia here, like Zevara's name, and hearing what y'all thought would happen.

Library access, POVs, and Chapter numbering

Library access, POVs, and Chapter numbering
Revisado: 08-28-24
I notice the same thing at the library with stories published in current alternative formats or exclusive channels such as Audible, Netflix, and Prime instead of through a big publishing house. They're not available through any free sources. I donated all the books in a series published in England to the library here.
I didn't notice any pov changes that were confusing in Volume 1. But I see them in Vol7me 7, and I wonder if those will get fixed in the process of purchasing on Kindle and Audible. When the pov changes are big like those in Throne of Glass, I was tempted to skip entire sections. I didn't.
Pirateaba's chapter numbering with letters helps me skip chapters like King of boring Destruction.

Ryoka makes up her mind
Revisado: 08-27-24
What is it with Wandering Inn fans and liking true legal content? I'm the same. This guest is closer to my opinion on Ryoka. I don't recall the chapter where Ryoka hasn't slept. I must reread it, because it sounds pivotal.
My understanding of suicide warning signs, based on materials from my doctor, doesn't include self neglect, making a will, or eating more or less. It sure does explain why people in general inFlorida who fear even saying the word death think they are suicide warning signs.
I thought the color coded text was added after publication on the web serial. If there's no color key, I won't try to figure it out, I would likely ignore it as editing notes.

I like the pace you're taking with the chapters. I'm neurodivergent and can keep up with it. Nice invite to discord!

Down with the king
Revisado: 08-26-24
I forgot how much happens in Volume 1. I can relate to several characters. For me, Erin and the goblins tell the story of how difficult it is to live with moderate to severe chronic illness. I can't stand the King of Destruction, especially in the early chapters where he says "I am a king!" every other sentence. I can see why men like him though, because he's stereotypical masculinity conquer all. Eye roll.

I like Ryoka, Magnolia is pretentious
Revisado: 08-26-24
I like Ryoka and missed her when she left. She's smart, badass, and helpful despite her attitude. Everyone was too hard on her, especially blaming her for what a named adventurer did. Magnolia is pretentious. At first I wasn't sure if she was evil or only a powerful noble. If Ryoka had Magnolia's ability to offer healing, she'd give it for free. Magnolia uses Ryoka's pain for personal gain.

Vol 1 Erin, Relc, and more
Revisado: 08-26-24
I like how they describe Erin, Relc, and other characters. I think I started listening to this podcast at the right time; I'm reading Vol 7 online now. Like the hosts, I want to talk about this series. It's fun to hear their perspectives.
