I always have a limitation belief that each people have a talent and that in this challenging world, never try to fight in the area of your weakness. After years of stagnation, I feel that something in me went wrong. I believe that I should change. This book really show you how to do it and become the master learner, adapting quickly to what is needed. I used to be only a sales executive in my company, handling my customer problem and give solution to them. Nowadays, I have made a website for my company, learning to use SEO to breakthrough new ground of sales. Next, I am learning to create apps on my own. I am sure that if I find and problem on the way, I would refer back to this book. Wish that I will got a chance to meet Erika Andersen in the future. Thanks a lot for this great books!!

Historia
In The Outsiders, you'll learn the traits and methods striking for their consistency and relentless rationality that helped these unique leaders achieve such exceptional performance. Humble, unassuming, and often frugal, these "outsiders" shunned Wall Street and the press, and shied away from the hottest new management trends. Instead, they shared specific traits that put them and the companies they led on winning trajectories: a laser-sharp focus on per share value as opposed to earnings or sales growth; an exceptional talent for allocating capital and human resources; and the belief that cash flow, not reported earnings, determines a company's long-term value.

Love it. Based on realnlife story. Capital allocation is the most important project for a CEO to do.
