Would you consider the audio edition of Rock Chick to be better than the print version?

Okay, here's the thing reading is my addiction, reading a book gives your imagination unlimited power and it's hard for any narrator to keep up with unlimited power. Having said that this came damn close. I'd call it a draw!

What did you like best about this story?

It's not a point of what you like best but there is so much to like or rather there is not one negative thing to say about the entire series!

Have you listened to any of Susannah Jones’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

First time! Love finding a new narrator i like.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Absolutely!

This series is a sure thing! Every single title in the series is fantastic, in fact they get better as the series progresses because you get to revisit all the characters you have already fallen in love with.
Kristen Ashley is without a doubt the best kept secret in the romance genre - i have been a fan since i found her on smashwords and impatiently await every book she publishes. Never disappoints - NOT ONCE!!

What made the experience of listening to Fury the most enjoyable?

Genetically altered hot alpha males who are a little tortured and broody and a lot dominant and growly ... yeah its been done before but the truth of the matter is if its done well and it rings your bell then it works.
If your a fan of Lora Leigh's Breeds series and Christine Feehan's Ghostwalker Series then Laurann Dohner's New Species Series will hit all the right notes for you. ( and her Cyborg Seduction Series is on the list too!)
Spend your credit, its worth it.

What did you like best about this story?

The fact that it is a part of a series. I really love series books, revisiting characters your know and learning more about them after their book finishes.

Have you listened to any of Vanessa Chambers’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is my first time listening to Vanessa Chambers.
The narration is good .... maybe not my favourite (Having said that my favourites set a mighty high standard!!) but its good, and all in all worth the credit.

I collect the whole series because series just plan do it for me and I have not been disappointed and am listening to no 4 now.

Beautiful Bastard-tall,gorgeous, and entirely evil

What did you love best about Beautiful Bastard?

EVERYTHING!!!!funny - sexy - dual POV - really strong characters START OF A NEW SERIES - YAY!!

What other book might you compare Beautiful Bastard to and why?

Actually this question gave me pause..... there is a uniqueness to this book that actually makes it stand out. It has many of the qualities other erotic romances have but I think its a little 'left field' and I really liked that. The hero was such a total bastard but at the same time he was vulnerable - our heroine kicked ass and I loved her.

What about Grace Grant’s performance did you like?

She was great! Hit just the right tones and was believable and entertaining in both roles.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I alienated my entire family! I ordered pizza so they would eat and leave me alone!

In the wake of 50 Shades of Grey and its success, publishers have been scrambling to pick up previously self-published fan-fiction, repackage it and sell it to wider audiences. And as judgmental as some book lovers have been on this, you can’t deny the success of EL James, Sylvia Day, Jamie McGuire etc. Let's face it people, a good story is a good story no matter its origins. I am not a snob when it comes to books, if I like it - I like it and I really don’t care from ‘whence’ it came.Beautiful Bastard is a one of those books I absolutely couldn’t read fast enough and the audio is no different. I screamed at my family to leave me alone I, I hid in my room and ignored all else! I absolutely loved the sexual tension and banter back and forth between these two characters (Chloe & Bennet). I laughed a lot more than I expected, between the sniping back and forth and the pure situational humour, I was laughing out loud. And also I loved that this was a dual POV story. And its HOT! Scorchingly so..The narration is PERFECT! And the second books narration is even better!Let me add if you love this first book in the Beautiful Bastard Series then you’re in for a treat because they just get better as they go, I loved Sarah and Max’s story even more in no 2 -Beautiful Stranger. So YAY! A new series for me and I recommend you jump on this one with me and enjoy!Cheers :)

Would you listen to Tempting the Beast again? Why?

Its a keeper. The series is a keeper and when I get book 28 I will go back and listen to the previous books again.

What did you like best about this story?

First of a series and I LOVE series books!

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

It wasn't that she could have done better it was more a matter of personal preference and though I had no real complaints - just a little on the humdrum side but ... hey I love this series so I listened to the end.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. I am not sure weather that was because I had read the book previous to listening to the audio and I love it but I did listen to it in one hit.

This is one of the hottest book series I've ever read.
Lora Leigh’s Breed Series has the perfect mix of science fiction infused into the paranormal aspect along with a huge dose of sexy characters and raw erotica. I hadn’t read anything like it before and I have become a diehard fan of this series. As with all series, it’s not about each individual book but the progression of the ‘story’ and this series gets better with each book.
Tempting the Beast is the first book in the Breeds series (to date there are 27 books). It introduces an intriguing cast of secondary characters many of whom get their own stories. This book has scorching hot sex scenes and uncensored raw language so don’t say you weren’t warned. It isn't often that an author combines erotica with a storyline that keeps you intrigued, the underlying plot is fascinating (genetic engineering and government conspiracy, humans who are part animal with their evil creators relentlessly pursuing them, hello what more do you need??) My advice is that you will either love it or hate it, try the first two and you will either be hooked or sitting there thinking WTF was Shay thinking.
The narrator? Not the worst I have heard and certainly not the best. I wasn’t completely put off but .... I prefer Brianna Bronte who takes over later in the series. If you love the story – persist.

BREEDS - Your either a fan or your not.

What did you love best about Stygian's Honor?

I love all these books! On my watch list to read as soon as they are out, same goes for the audio versions. I have found you are either a fan of this 'type' of book or your not. There are a lot of other authors who have written similar story lines along this concept but in my opinion Lora Leigh's Breed's series is the best! Well written, great continuity from book to book and though they are all in the same vein you learn just a little more, you get pulled in that much further with every new book. - I am a huge fan first book to last.

What does Brianna Bronte bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I like her narration, male and female characters. - on my list :)

What made the experience of listening to Bared to You the most enjoyable?

FANTASTIC! Hadn't read the book first so it was just an absolute treat!!!!!! I have no idea how Sylvia Day has flown under my radar all this time but what an absolute delight to have found her. This is a great story, with characters that just caught me from page one. I cannot wait to read/listen to the entire three books of this trilogy! And along with that was the perfect narration of Jill Redfield, another first for me and I will be looking for her name again.
SPEND THAT CREDIT NOW!!!!

What did you like best about this story?

Both main characters are so agonisingly flawed, and yet they complete each other, it's not the usual boy meets girl, problem, happy ending ..... oh no its messier than that.

I was simple unable to stop listening - I let the world just disappear and I was engrossed

Despite the hype - I loved it

What did you love best about Fifty Shades of Grey?

I am so glad I read this book BEFORE all the incredible hype that followed its publication. Yes it is flawed, yes those flaws are many but you know what - its a damn good story and the characters are so tortured they are riveting! I got the audio books ( got all three) because I loved the books - and all in all I am not sorry to have spent the credits.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Fifty Shades of Grey?

Hey I hated the Bitch Troll as much as Anna I just wanted her to get hit by a big red bus!

Did Becca Battoe do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Ahhhhhh - my one problem with this audio book was that the narrator was just so - so, I was not wrapped in her narration, and I can't say why. I guess I wanted .... more .... but It wasn't like I cringed through the whole book. - it was oookay.

Would you listen to Maverick again? Why?

I loved this book when I read it! But I wasn't sure it would be a great listen and I was so wrong. I loved it. A hero that I almost wanted to hate but he got it together in the end, and the ensemble characters that make the story interesting. The thing is I am a huge Lora Leigh fan, I adore her Breeds Series and anything she has penned is worth a read / listen.

Even though I knew the story yes it was an interesting listen

Wasn't terrible ..... not my favourite narrator but I wasn't put off.

What did you love best about Backstage Pass?

Okay when I spent my credit I was desperate to have something to listen to when making a trip with my daughter whose music DRIVES ME NUTS. :) Didn't expect to absolutely LOVE it! Great characters, well written and good narration. Love it when I find a new author paired with a good narrator. Spend your credit with confidence!!!!

All five guys! Cannot wait to hear the rest in the series

What about Justine O. Keef’s performance did you like?

I am soooo fussy when it comes to narration, it makes or breaks a book for me and I am either all in or flick it off - Ms O.Keef's narration kept me there to the end.
