the story is awesome, the narrative disturbing

Lady Jessica is sometimes 'dubbed' by a female voice (sounding like a robot), sometimes by the main narrator. Baron Harkonnen has 2 different voices, count Fenring 3! How is this possible?? Otherwise nicely done, but this inconsistency is disturbing.

love the book, but don't like the performance

Maybe it's because this is my favorite of Pratchett's book and I read it often, it just sounds different in my head. The delivery is disturbingly dramatic at times and Om sounds stupid. Well, he isn't too bright, but he isn't stupid. I just prefer to read it by myself, the story is brilliant.

I love Pratchett's books, therefore 5 stars for the story. I would gladly give 7 stars for performance, if it was possible, I was amazed by it. I do recommend this one without hesitation.
