I love history. This is the best way of learning about ancient history that either was never written or if written the writing was somehow destroyed. She Reid does an excellent research and then puts the reader live in the ancient streets as if he was watching the events live.

Its Carol Drinkwater. Enough said. Excellent writer, excellent narrator. She does her homework. Very well done research for the background. Just because it is fiction, does not mean, it is not backed up by historical events.
