I was only a 4 year old when JFK was shot, and I lived thinking our country had a few blemishes but was generally good. How could a generally good country allow this to happen? How can some of these reviewers not be 100% convinced? I don’t see anyone poking holes in the thesis. I think I may have to listen again taking notes and drawing lines between the connections. Way too many dead bodies to keep track of. Stone must have had to make tough in scope/ out of scope decisions, and it feels like he made good decisions. I am very curious why the Kennedys, who were raised in corruption, tried so hard to reform.

We are in a Brave New World

The author has done an amazing job of supporting his thesis that the elite are conspiring to shape or
“Reset” the world according to their plans. I learned a lot about the way the brain works and how it holds our sense of identity.

I wish I could discuss Christianity with the author. I am a Christian and a lifelong science driven human. The author seems to think that the story of Adam and Eve means that we humans are basically rotten, and he believes we are basically good. Christians believe that mankind is basically good too. As a result of Adam and Eve, however, we have a sin nature. The author says it is important to overcome the thought that we are basically bad. This is what becoming a Christian does for us (Romans 6:18).

The author ponders whether we are smarter than yeast and have the ability to not exterminate ourselves. If the author is an atheist as it seems, I would like to ask, “why does it matter if we do? After all, what we are doing is a natural process ( like the yeast) and we are just a glob of molecules anyway (in the atheistic view).” C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity

So while his argument that the fictional Brave New World has become reality is compelling, and his point that we should resist against it is taken. However, my peace comes from knowing this is prophesied in the Bible, and it can end well for us.

Excellent Guidance if you want to be Miserable

I spent a career being a “Straight Shooter” working hard to get ahead. I tried to follow the “7 habits” strategy which, I still feel, would make the world a better place if everyone, or at least a majority, followed it. As a result of the miserable state of the world, and my own feeling of powerlessness to do much about it, I was led to read the Bible and became a Christian. I found peace and reflected on what previously drive me and still drives the vast majority - it seems to me that it is power. Some just seek power over their pain in the most direct way - suicide or self-medication. Some think their pain will be reduced if they can only have power over and taunt others. This book is for them. If they are savvy at following this guidance they will achieve their objective perhaps even driving others to self- medicate. They will not have a clean conscience, and my theory is that they are the ones who persecute Christians or any other group who has true peace and power over the pain which eludes them even if they achieve power over others. Having read this book, I recognize the tactics being followed by a lot of people. A lot of the tactics are bluffing - pretending to be somebody you are not. Actors are a miserable lot. Law 35 is mastering the art of timing “ recognize the time to hide in the grass and the time to bury your fangs”. Law 36 “disdain things you cannot have. Act nonchalant when bothered or don’t get what you want” This
Is acting, scheming and contriving. What about being free from want? As in “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want”.

In summary, this book provides great examples or counter examples depending on where you are going. Highly recommended. I hope and pray you read it, consider whether you really want to sell your soul, and then run in the opposite direction.

This book offers great support by lowering the barriers in the Christian walk. The questions that “ You Gotta Ask” are great examples of non-confrontational conversation starters that encourage me to speak with others about Jesus. It also encourages me, a senior citizen new believer, in my own relationship with Jesus by reaffirming I am hard wired to be in relation to Him.

A lot of reviewers commented on the verbal ticks. I list at 2x speed so I missed them I guess. However, I was most fascinating by the enthusiasm the lecturer had for a subject that did not interest me. I wondered what propelled him to study it so exhaustively. I did not find a compelling theme to focus or reflect on.

I am older than Josh Hawley, but he is wiser than me. This book provides context for understanding Senator Hawley’s positions as a senator, but it also provide guidance on how I can be a better husband and grandfather. Our country needs masculine leadership.

As a white male heterosexual, I am now scapegoated for very dubious reasons. This book promulgates policies that are rational and probably ideal as they are the policies that would do the most good for the most people. Most are a return to prior policies and the prior ethos of America. He states his case clearly, but also with more empathy to the “other side” than I would have expected. The ending is pure genius, and I am so glad to have heard it instead of having read it.

Gad Saad is a courageous truth teller. I love how he relates behaviors to anthology. For example, the relation of a peacock
To a virtue signaler. When making any point he refutes all known counter arguments. He has clarity on the optimization of government or educational policies based on human tendencies. This book is packed.

Every point the author makes is well supported. She has a great deal of credibility being a female black conservative. I have given a lot of thought to the issues these issues, and she has clarified many questions that I was not able to resolve such as:

How can honest people believe that the narrative that there is a systematic oppression of blacks other than, as she points out, the damage done by the left’s “solution”?

Why does the left think the way they do? Here answer is exactly what I suspected. Those that have not been able to overcome obstacles in their own lives not only want, but desperately need, their thesis (that America is bad) is true. This is so insightful.

She pulls together a lot of wisdom from Confucius to Plato to the Bible and integrates it beautifully.

I love her reading of direct quotes. She really adds meaning to the quote simply by how she reads it. Especially her quote of HRC regarding hot sauce in her purse and Joe Biden’s use of “ain’t” in “... you ain’t black”.

And the points about the devolution of the black culture as reflected in the music.

I rarely have seen a thesis so forcefully supported.

It is a great read!
