Historia
When a high-ranking officer gallops into the quiet Mistyvales, he brings a warning that shakes the countryfolk to their roots. But for Aedan, a scruffy young adventurer with veins full of fire and a head full of ideas, this officer is not what he seems. The events that follow propel Aedan on a journey that only the foolhardy or desperate would risk, leading him to the gates of the nation's royal academy - a whole world of secrets in itself. But this is only the beginning of his discoveries.

Historia
Medieval Normandy. Before William the Conqueror conquered, there was the family D’Argent. And a marriage alliance destined to give rise to England’s formidable Wulfriths. Behold the victor. The day Godfroi D’Argent defeats his brother in a contest of arms, he gains his family’s lands. And a less than desirable bride. Certain it will be years before his enemy’s daughter grows into a lady of worth, he devotes himself to securing his lordship. When at last Robine assumes her rightful place, Godfroi is unprepared for how much she moves him.

The very best!
Revisado: 11-22-23
Of all the books Tamara Leigh has published, this one has become a favorite. The tale of Godfroi and Robine was not one that I was particularly interested in, but the deep reaches into grace and forgiveness as their story unfolds has captured my heart. Excellent narration by Mary Sarah Agliotta (as usual) with so much feeling and emotion, ensuring this book will be listened to more than once!

Historia
Born of scandal, Sir Dougray of the family D’Argent defies his illegitimacy by championing the oppressed, until the prospect of winning the hand of a lady persuades him to join the Duke of Normandy in conquering Saxon-ruled England. When an injury sustained at the Battle of Hastings causes the woman he loves to reject him, an embittered Dougray turns his efforts to uprooting Saxons resistant to their new king.

Loss leading to Great Gain! Powerful
Revisado: 11-02-22
One of my favorite stories in the Age of Conquest series by Tamara Leigh. Chevalier Dugray comes full circle as a physical loss sets him on the path of truly being found.
Once again, Mary Sarah Agliotta dos a fabulous job on narration….easily conveying myriad emotions throughout!

Historia
England, 1334 - In the second book of The Feud series, Baron Magnus Verdun is a warrior whose handsome face gives little indication of the darkness he struggles to contain. While pursuing the murderous brigands who plague his lands, he becomes the unwitting savior of the woman the king has decreed he wed - the reckless Lady Thomasin, whose very presence threatens his carefully ordered life. And more so when she proves outspoken beyond what is required of a dutiful wife.

A second installment equal to the first!
Revisado: 08-24-22
Tamara Leigh has written an AMAZING follow-up to her first book of The Feud series! The stories within the story will draw you in and keep you guessing! Plenty of actin and romance that will grip your emotions, and enough faith to give hope even in the darkest moments of the tale!

Adventure, suspense, romance, and faith
Revisado: 08-24-22
Such a wonderful series that holds one’s attention from the first line of book one (Baron of Godsmere) to the epilogue of the final book (Baron of Blackwood)! The narrator, Mary Sarah Agliotta, does a fabulous job of bringing each character to life, as well as conveying the emotions needed to draw the listener in! You won’t be disappointed with this series!
