fantasy novella
Revisado: 01-30-23
This is a short audio fantasy story, a novella which follows the first three books in the series. Apparently, in this book there are spoilers for anyone who hasn't read the three before it. I am one who hasn't.
The action occurs on a luxury air ship (zeppelin) when Jake Sullivan is hired to keep the ship from being blown up. He encounters enemy agents and they use some kind of magical power against one another.
Interesting.

a true story fabulously enacted
Revisado: 12-20-22
This is the true story of Emily Dickinson's married brother's affair with a married woman. That woman was Mabel Loomis Tood, and the narrator does a top-notch job of telling the story from Mabel's perspective.

Historia
How many sausages does it take to change a light bulb? For Jimmy, a fifth-year college senior who dreams of walking the stage to receive his sausage-making diploma, the answer is obvious: Only one, but it's best to have a second just in casing. In his world, where lowbrow humor holds court with high expectations — and pigs live alongside humans as social equals — it's all he can do to reach that lofty goal without stumbling. But stumble he does when, standing in line at the registrar's office, he encounters a vision of loveliness known as Petunia.

strange stories strangely enjoyable
Revisado: 02-18-22
This is a collection of eleven short stories all related in some way to death or the living dead. Some have cliffhanger endings, others have surprise endings, others are predictable, each is enjoyable in its own way.

This is an interesting fictional story of the life of David Copperfield, from his youth through his struggles, adventures, sorrows, accomplishments, and into his older respectable years.
So very well performed and narrated! Although long, but not over-written, it's funny in parts, dramatic, insightful, and so much more. A wonderful read.
