Never met her but this was so deeply accurate of my actual experience that I trust what she says.

I got chills for the first time EVER. Was my first …anything… about narcissistic behavior. I felt like she could see inside my personal experiences without knowing me. I’m listening for the third time. It helps remind me and replaces so much negativity with very tangible hope. It has already impacted my life out in the world that isn’t this other one, with the person I am leaving.
