Historia
At least one-third of the people we know are introverts. They are the ones who prefer listening to speaking; who innovate and create but dislike self-promotion; who favor working on their own over working in teams. It is to introverts—Rosa Parks, Chopin, Dr. Seuss, Steve Wozniak—that we owe many of the great contributions to society.

Historia
Humans have two basic desires: to stand out and to fit in. Companies respond by creating groups that tend to the extreme - where everyone fits in and no one stands out, or where everyone stands out and no one fits in. How do we find that happy medium where workers can demonstrate their individuality while also feeling they belong? The answer, according to Stefanie Johnson, is to Inclusify.

Historia
Over the past three decades, professor Larry Smith has become something of a "career whisperer" for his students at the University of Waterloo. Each year, millions of talented college students graduate with little or no real sense of what their next steps will be, yet they are determined not to settle for so-so careers; they are looking for great careers. Smith points out that only a few fortunate souls are born knowing exactly what they want to pursue in life. The rest of us have to stop making excuses and start asking ourselves tough questions about achieving our goals.

Don't regret your career decision
Revisado: 05-09-22
This was a great book that puts things into focus that may impact what you believe is possible for your career. It gets into the science of why we don't believe we are capable of achieving the career we are truly meant to achieve and how to overcome those obstacles. while I have had an amazing career, it helped me believe that more is possible.
