and AI and voice changes made it hokey and sorry man but we've chatted and.. Just don't give in to being tired. The first two series were spot on and what got me in this genre. But then it's half a book and narration is terrible. Like I thought I was losing my mind then replayed and it was like regular voice was kinda there for the regulars and then the other characters your trying to figure out what is best but I hear them. You are great so get back to that. Luke Stone and Agent Zero teaming up from the Illuminati group.

I feel like I have done a disservice to these guys. I started reading the Tier One books and ended up with audiobooks since Ray Porter is the bomb diggity. Let's face it, these two are very intelligent and have created a "brand", if you would, that is like looking at a Monet. But when I began the series and simultaneously reading and listening to their Shepherd series. while mind you working too much due to a ridiculous CEO and I was the Director of cybersecurity. My drives home filled with Ray's voice and the command of the English language was beautiful. Kiss the wife and puppies in that order most days, and put them asleep to read more. I am also a veteran with of course my own stories being AF and a test dummy with my team developing what is now a AFSPECWAR position living JTAC with Army and Marines. These guys nail it each book. But really I just enjoy the English language being used the right way. I cut my teeth on Luke Stone and Agent Zero from Mars and I will say he's a good guy. I wrote to him about something once and we became pen pals for a few emails.

I feel terrible since I have 500,000 followers and I just never felt like I should rate the books. I don't know why. They're simply the best knowledgeable writers out there today. I pray their staff gets to the silver screen.

cheers

I have always enjoyed reading Clancy, John le Carré, and earlier writings of Jack Mars. Andrews and Wilson have nailed it. I think for their background and experience along with the command of the English language and grammar tier one and the entire series has you always wanting more. even their other books are very satisfying. like the shepherd series really got me going as well. Being a Christian, American veteran who worked (AFSPECWAR) and born into a family of wartime veterans, I have been pleased with the content. as well as being an expert Marksman and having lived the suck with moon dust in the crack of my buttocks I appreciate how close to the reality their writing is. Very noticeable is their writing style. Keeping grammar and timing in the front of each paragraph. It would be a shame had they had anyone else narrate. Ray Porter is my favorite. We all know that the general public doesn't know what the truth when the talking heads lips move. But it's just crazy when you're done with a book years before a certain president is elected or wars that begin with the play by play years before it comes to fruition. As if leaders and bad actors are reading these books for ideas. I'm talking same military weapons like a submarine that is involved in doing something in the book and much later it happens the way it is written. I like Peter Carr and his Terminal list series but at times I sense whining and it comes out in the writing which I can shake it off but Andrews and Wilson are professional authors and I feel like I can relate and rely with all respect.

I started reading Clancy a few years ago. Then Jack Mars (who is so approachable and writes back) Luke Stone and Agent Zero books when I saw a Brian Andrews and Jeffrey Wilson audible book with Ray Porter narrating and I was awe struck. Tier One series with Dempsey had me appreciating the usage of the English language the way it should be. I think I had listened to the entire series in a week or two. Now feenin for more I pre ordered anything coming out. I keep wondering why I don't see movies like Pete Carr's Terminal list. SpecOps or espionage is what I enjoy and this is the first book I listened to outside the Tier One or Shepard series that I have listened to. This is a must read.

I cut my teeth on Clancy and Jack Mars. I had been waiting for a new series when I downloaded a Brian Andrews book..I read it and compared it to the real world in the suck and he nailed it. I started downloading audible books and WOW. The variety of voices and accents that Porter does makes it amazing.

the performance sounded like a male equivalent to Suri. Unfortunately, Troy is going to need the help of Luke and Zero's narrator or someone who can paint the picture better.

I started this book while on the plane to Paris France. not to give away anything else of the book it took place in Paris as well. towards the end of the book was the end of my visit and I was exactly at the same place some of the team members were a different times. so of course it was that much better.

I first heard the second or third book. and I said I might as well go back to the first book. I'm not being rude but for this type of book the narrator should sound a little bit like the mean person maybe, just sayin. Not a Broadway musical. Just right.
