Some good tips
Revisado: 03-08-20
I found some of the tips helpful. However, it focused more on the hyperactive parts of adhd and didn't really give much advice on dealing with actual attention deficits problems. Like how to get a bored kid to stop daydreaming. The narrator had little inflection in her voice and was difficult to listen to.

Life Changing!
Revisado: 04-30-19
This book was an excellent reminder of things I already knew but haven't been practicing as well as an eye opener to so many other useful techniques. I will be listening to this book about a million more times and keeping my eyes open in hopes that Chris Voss will write more. By far my favorite book on audible. The narrator couldn't be more perfect as well. I recommend this book to anyone who needs to negotiate anything.

Historia
The Covert Passive Aggressive Narcissist: Finding Healing After Hidden Emotional and Psychological Abuse is the most comprehensive and helpful audiobook on the topic of covert narcissism. This type of narcissism is one of the most damaging forms because the abuse is so hidden and so insidious. You can be in a relationship that can last for decades and not realize you are being psychologically and emotionally controlled, manipulated, and abused.

Historia
Zero is just one of 20,000 people aboard a spaceship bound for a new planet set to be colonized. The journey is over a century long but luckily, everyone is in stasis, so they’ll be safe and sound asleep during the trip. Everyone that is, except for Zero, whose pod has malfunctioned, waking him up a hundred years early. His initial excitement in roaming the ship alone quickly turns to a heart-stopping interstellar adventure when a family of space pirates show up, trying to hijack the ship and take the colonizers hostage.

Historia
Prior to stepping onto the battlefield with a Narcissist, it is imperative to know their playbook both forwards and backwards. The behavior of individuals with Narcissistic Personality Disorder generally defies logic but sadly, their tactics in the Family Court System often fool Judges, Commissioners, Attorneys, Minor's Counsel, Social Workers, Therapists, and even trained Evaluators.

So helpful!
Revisado: 12-07-18
This book has been the most helpful to me so far. It provides a little bit of everything, education on narcissism, example stories, how to respond in difficult situations, what you might expect in the custody battle, how to prepare for the narcissistic reactions and most of all hope! There are times when I am feeling defeated and have lost all hope. This book helps bring back my hope. I am so grateful for this book.
