Historia
Barbara A. Res worked directly with Donald Trump for 18 years on some of his biggest projects and had nearly unlimited access to him. Trump selected Res to be in charge of construction of Trump Tower, his greatest success as a developer. In this insider’s look at how the ambitious real estate developer became the most divisive president in recent US history, Res takes us into closed-door meetings, boardrooms, limo rides, and helicopter flights to really understand what makes him tick and show us why his claim to be a great dealmaker and savvy businessman is just a mirage.

Thank you Barbara for braving the lawsuits and the base to write this book. It will be read for generations by Americans trying to understand this time in our history.

This is a religious text
Revisado: 02-23-18
When an author starts quoting scripture and explaining it in today's terms it is a sermon. The author really gets rolling on rule 3 and lost me. I'm not into make believe. If you are this could be a book for you.

Historia
For the first time, Hillary Rodham Clinton reveals what she was thinking and feeling during one of the most controversial and unpredictable presidential elections in history. Now free from the constraints of running, Hillary takes you inside the intense personal experience of becoming the first woman nominated for president by a major party in an election marked by rage, sexism, exhilarating highs and infuriating lows, stranger-than-fiction twists, Russian interference, and an opponent who broke all the rules. This is her most personal memoir yet.

Review from an angry white old male Republican
Revisado: 10-09-17
Being read by the author this book is a gem. You have to get the audible version. I listen to 2-3 books a month and this is one of the best of my year. The book is written for a wide audience so it has something for everyone but there were parts that seemed slow to me. Probably, the same parts that my wife would enjoy the most. So much is happening so fast right now for our Commander-in-Chief that this book will need a follow up. Consider this the pre-impeachment, pre-WWIII, pre-Kompromat reveal, pre-pardons, pre-cold war II version. This author has the best writing and voice to complete the next book "The Trump Years". I would buy the advanced version. There has to be 100 authors already working on this next book but this author would have the best version.

Has some good points
Revisado: 10-11-16
This is an older book with some older ideas. However, there are some good takeaways. There is a reason is has lasted this long. It is worth the short read

Historia
One afternoon - after another failed attempt to get motivated to exercise - I (accidentally) started my first mini habit. I initially committed to do one push-up, and it turned into a full workout. I was shocked. This "stupid idea" wasn't supposed to work. I was shocked again when my success with this strategy continued for months (and to this day). I had to consider that maybe I wasn't the problem in those 10 years of mediocre results. Maybe it was my prior strategies that were ineffective, despite being oft-repeated as "the way to change" in countless books.

I Think He Has Something Here
Revisado: 10-04-16
I think the author has something here. I've started using his methods and they're already working for me. Of course how could they not work there so simple they're stupid. And that's exactly the way he wants it and it's working. I'm afraid I might overdo what he expects in the book so I am working very hard to keep it simple.
I have read over a dozen personal improvement personal motivation books and this one is the best so far. I get excited about the others and they do help but I find their methods don't stick. This method seems to stick because it's so simple. I think he has figured out how my brain works. He backs it up with the current science but the proof is in my habit development. If I can keep this up for 6 weeks he has won a convert.

I gave it 35 minutes then gave up
Revisado: 01-27-16
The author spent 35 minutes selling the book and continuing on about the high cost of an MBA. However he never really talked about anything useful. I was already sold on the book and I had already purchased it. I didn't need 35 more minutes of selling. I gave up and started my next book
