Superb story, and excellently read!
Revisado: 12-14-15
I couldn't stop listening to this book. I had to download it to my phone so I could easily take the book with me wherever I went. I would plug in my earphones so I could listen while doing laundry, putting up Christmas lights, and even while at my desk at work.
The trials of what this guy overcame should be proof of how strong his will to survive was, and how resourceful one can be during the most desperate of times.
God had a purpose for this guy, and he uses his experience to help and bless others.
What a fantastic story!!

Historia
Four US Navy SEALS departed one clear night in early July 2005 for the mountainous Afghanistan-Pakistan border for a reconnaissance mission. Their task was to document the activity of an al Qaeda leader rumored to have a small army in a Taliban stronghold. Five days later, only one of those Navy SEALS made it out alive. This is the story of the only survivor of Operation Redwing, SEAL team leader Marcus Luttrell, and the extraordinary firefight that led to the largest loss of life in American Navy SEAL history.

Historia
Other than her real name - Mary-Magdalene Feigenbaum - fifteen-year-old Maggie’s problems seem ordinary. She has tiffs with her too-critical mother, a crush on her cute psychologist, and worries that her only friend - fellow outcast Abigail - is morphing into a popular girl, leaving her behind. But Maggie has a few not-so-ordinary problems. A voice in her head is telling her to kill. And not just anyone. Each time the target is a person who has done something terrible to someone Maggie cares for. You know what you have to do, the voice commands.

Story strays as it progresses
Revisado: 10-03-13
What would have made You Know What You Have to Do better?
It would have been better if there were more people that the lead character had to "kill." The story starts off so well, and then seems to just fall flat. Lacks in action. Then, what action there is, the main character's personal involvement with another character/date, it has nothing to do with the main point of the story.
Would you ever listen to anything by Bonnie Shimko again?
Maybe
What aspect of Cristina Panfilio’s performance would you have changed?
Seems like she wasn't too able to do male voices.
What character would you cut from You Know What You Have to Do?
Abbigail. Her involvement in the book, again, adds nothing to the main story of the book...a young girl who hears a voice telling her to kill people that hurt others.
Any additional comments?
Initially this books seems to be on a much milder line of Dexter. However, as the book progresses, the action seems to die down.

Great narrator, bad book
Revisado: 12-21-12
What would have made Micro better?
Less detail in some of the scientific minutia!! Way too much time spent talking in scientific terms, and not enough time spent telling the story.

Included some more action/excitement and less technical stuff
What about John Bedford Lloyd’s performance did you like?
