Hard to listen to

Unfortunately I am only half through and keep having to stop and take breaks because the narrator is so hard to listen to. I feel like I’m listening to a true crime thriller when really I’m just trying to learn how to make myself feel a little better. It’s hard to take in the information when the narration is so distracting. The information seems very valuable and I drive all day for work so I am trying to look past it but it’s pretty terrible as an audio book

The idea of this book is incredible and I beg someone in Hollywood to pick it up and do the movie version justice. Nonstop from start to finish - it’s a little dark, perfectly crude, funny, and charming all at once.
