In the past the other stories by this author have been wonderful. The characters are a bit off (I really struggled with Marcus). Its not the worst book ever and the narrator's made it doable.

Her first major event is a program presented by a retired homicide detective, Al Buckley, who claims he knows who murdered Laura Foster, a much-loved part-time library aide who was bludgeoned to death 15 years earlier. As he invites members of the audience to share stories about Laura, he suddenly keels over and dies.

A little clunky
Revisado: 11-06-20
The narrator was alright. The story itself was not the best. To predictable. The author had potential to improve in spots but allowed the store to fall flat.

Cath is a Simon Snow fan. Okay, the whole world is a Simon Snow fan, but for Cath, being a fan is her life - and she's really good at it. She and her twin sister, Wren, ensconced themselves in the Simon Snow Series when they were just kids; it's what got them through their mother leaving. Reading. Rereading. Hanging out in Simon Snow forums, writing Simon Snow fan fiction, dressing up like the characters for every movie premiere. Cath's sister has mostly grown away from fandom, but Cath can't let go.

Thankful for the narrators
Revisado: 08-30-20
The transitions in this story sound like a grade 4 wrote the book. A book about stories written about the characters from another book with some messed up grade 5 love. If not for the best the narration as possible this review would be a 1 star.

I'd rather not.

The idea of the story was neat. I struggled with the characters. To be fair the main character was the worst. Over all this was flat.

bit of a disappointment
Revisado: 04-12-20
The narrator has a nice voice. The present idea that autism is some neat new experience is simply put lame. I was hoping for something better but it was the same old autism is a okay and what a neat life. Maybe b- for effort but that's being kind.
