It was questionable how long Felicity could carry off this lively masquerade before she would falter, especially since the dark, raffish eyes of Lord Arthur Bessamy seemed to look right through her disguise - and set her spirited heart to pounding.

Seriously?!? This narrator should not be allowed to work again. Or at least, have her lay off that fake accent so it's possible to enjoy the story.

Absolutely. The reader is perfect, the story is exciting and hilarious.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Unknown Ajax?
The 'tableau' at the end was hilarious and exciting.
What about Daniel Philpott’s performance did you like?
His characters were easy to recognize, his dialects were spot on.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Several of the moments where you see how incredibly patient the main character is were very moving.

Highly recommended and I hope to listen to more books by both author and reader.

Intriguing sequel

As someone who has read everything that the author has written, I was so happy that she seems to have come into her own again with this series. The books just make you happy!
This third one in the series gives you even more details on Dag's awakening talents and also a lot of action as they travel. Very enjoyable and highly recommended!
