So enjoyable to listen to the story unfold through the eyes of the many personalities you get to know.

Love 3 narrators!

I enjoyed this book a lot. I listen to many authors of stories about southern women facing the issues of today. I just finished a series where the narrator was awful about going back and forth between the accents of men and women and I found it hard not to giggle at times. I just enjoy the easy way each of these narrators dealt with the voice changes necessary. Looking forward to rest of the series!

I was looking for a fun, enjoyable, not as dramatic as some Nantucket/Vineyard stories. This book’s plot was in the right neighborhood, on Cape Cod. Loved the weaving of the characters lives within their family from Dad and Mom to Riley the 8 year old budding star. The study of wants and needs of each of the personalities to make
funny family relationships bloom. A happy good listen.

I love this story! It IS one of my favorite books by Dorothea Benton Frank. About strong women, the men and family in their lives... and many of the very southern things I miss about my own mother. Good story! You will enjoy this if you like this author.
